Career prospects

We are one of the top universities in Scotland for graduate employability, with over 93% of our graduates in jobs or further study six months after graduating.

MBAs are designed to provide a general management education, but they can provide specialist hooks and industrial or commercial application through the Research Project component.

Edinburgh Napier MBA students will engage in a Research Project – which should ideally be aligned with a specific need within their work – to consolidate their knowledge gained on their studies. This can only but help with progression in the student’s organisation and with their career, though it may also be seen and used as an opportunity to make a career change.
